Hour long phone interview with in depth technical questions. Asked about background with machining and programming. Questions with C++, mutlithreading, etc..
It was a lengthy all day process involving an exam on a laptop, solving problems on a whiteboard, giving a presentation, speaking with HR, among other things. Included a tour of the facility.
