It was a simple three round interview all done within two weeks, phone interview with HR, second interview with the department manager, lastly the third with GM (that one will vary).

Easy interview. Simple get-to-know-you questions. The people were nice, and the restaurant was nice. But it varied on the night, and even if it were really slow, I would have to stay the entire shift. No one ever got cut, so it was unlike any other restaurant where I worked, and it was not efficient.

everyone was super nice and the interview process went smoothly. the manager asked me questions regarding my previous experience. I received a call back shortly after with an offer, and came in for orientation with other new employees.

the phone interview process went very well and smooth. i feel like this will be a great opportunity for growth. it was about a brief ten minute phone call with an email follow up.
