I see that you have quite a bit of technical experience with software programs, especially utilizing online training programs. I guess since you are a contractor you have time to learn on an employer's time.

I try to keep up with industry advances. I do that by studying software, books, and taking online courses on my own time at night and on the weekends -- not during work time.
