I told them that, even when I know the black community or migrants community or many others that you can think of, the first that comes to my mind is women, probably because I am a woman and it's easier for me to think of the problems from my own perspective. And again, that's why it's so important to include this marginalized groups on everything you do, because if you don't, you'll not just be missing talents, you're gonna miss views, problems and solutions that will not occur to you just because you cannot experience what it is like to be those people (which is ok, we cannot experience the whole humanity on ourselves! that's why we group, we organize and we live in communities, after all)
