[Campus recruitment] IBM ISL shortlisted people based on the IBM IPAT test which contains two different categories of numerical reasoning: numerical series and numerical reasoning. Then there was interviews. 1 Technical and 1 HR. Both were pretty straightforward. The kind of questions asked in the interview were open and application based, and not some direct questions.

How would you classify a document as technical or a non-technical?
I was asked to complete the string matching in O(n) time complexity of a word in a document against dataset of technical words (this was extension of the classification problem).
2- Tech interview, 1 Manager interview and 1 HR round of interview, interview process is not that hard you can crack that easily. Compensation is something you need to negotiate hard
