Two weeks after submitting my online application was aksed to have a telefon interview. During the interview, the head of the group I applied for aksed some general qustions about my personality and why I wanted to join IBM and this perticular group. After this he asked about programming experience and some basic things about algorithims.

It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
Smooth process with HR phone screen followed by technical interview. Questions focused on previous projects, problem-solving, and role knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and explained each step clearly, process is good overall
