Candidates undergo a multi-stage interview process involving resume screening, initial phone interviews, in-person assessments, and a final interview. Evaluations include technical skills, cultural fit, and problem-solving abilities to determine the best candidate for the role.
Fantastic, friendly, engaging. The interviewer was well prepared. I was challenged to answer the questions, but the questions were very far of course. I would interview with them again if given the chance.
Screening with Talent acquisition. Multiple conversations with the hiring manager. Limited feedback without inquiry. The requirements in the job description did not match with the hiring manager's desire and expectations.
