The interview process consisted of 2 interviews total, and was honestly a very quick process all-in-all. Both interviewers were fantastic. The thing that stood out to me was that they really cared about getting to know who I was and what I was about, not so much of what you know. Though of course they still want to learn about those details too. Idaho Central first of all wants to hire people that really fit in with their amazing culture, and they also want to hire people that they feel like will take great care of the members as well.
