Very personable, done at the branch in the branch manager's office. Questions were not difficult and they also had you do a personality test beforehand to see if you will fit in with the team.

Fairly simple, questions were mainly customer service type and leading employees. I had 2 interviews total from the branch and assistant manager, and one phone screen interview that was with HR.
