Called out of the blue by ICF recruiter who did an impromptu pre-screening with me whilst the job ad was still live; shortly got through to next round which was with hiring manager; then within 5 days heard I was through to 3rd round with further colleagues; then absolute crickets for over 2 weeks and I saw the job ad is still live. Are they just fishing for a unicorn or is this a ghost job posting? Who knows.
