Received an email to schedule an online interview, then met over Microsoft Teams with 2 interviewers from the area where I would be working. Interviewers were very friendly and engaged in our conversation, but took a long time for the company to follow up.

only had 1 round, behavioral, this was for an intern position. really only an assessment of your values/culture fit. Be prepared to discuss why ICF, why this position, and why sustainability focus if necessary

Entrevista
I applied through Careers Page and received a call from HR in few days. There was a basic resume shortlisting and it was followed by 2 rounds of interview. One with Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant. Another with Senior Manager.

Panel interview with hiring managers for an on-site consulting role; good to know cases well and be informed about the company’s value/mission but the questions were standard and not difficult or technical
