Entrevista
The interview lasted about an hour and was overall very straightforward. It had a friendly and easygoing tone. The interviewer asked several questions related to clinical research and knowledge of current regulations (like the EU CTR), and my previous experience with submissions and documentation handling. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation.

Can you walk us through the process of preparing a regulatory submission?
I have gone through the first round of interviewing with ICON for the CTA role and it was 5 timed questions basically getting a feeling for if I would be appropriate for this role at all. There is not a lot of time to think but the questions are very standard.

Primero es una llamada, luego ya te agendan entrevista con el manager. La entrevista es en español e inglés, presencial. Fue muy ameno todo, me sentí bien y cómoda. Recomiendo practicar las preguntas basicas en ingles para ir bien preparado.

Apliqué mediante Workday y 2 meses después me contactaron para una entrevista mediante HireVue con una duración aproximada de 25 min, te muestran la pregunta y 30 segundos después respondes, dan como 3 min por pregunta
