Entretien RH top, bienveillant Entretien technique avec une personne se proclamant architecte des solutions, Il vous scrute dans touts les sens et fait touts pour mettre mal à l'aise, De mon côté, j'étais perdu, essayant de comprendre ce qu'elle cherchait, étant donné qu'aucune question technique n'a daigné faire surface.

Pourquoi tu rejoindra Idemia et pourquoi tu ne rejoindra pas idemia
clunky. basic phone screen followed by in person interview by a couple of engineers that were positioned far away. they didn't know some of the basic structure of the company they worked for. weird
Hr interview then the technical interview with basic questions about software Engineering and architecture. It lasted about one hour discussing design patterns, past experiences, micro services, spring, java and how to deal with clients when they demand changes in the project and familiarity with agile or scrum
