Interview went well. I was hired on the spot because I had serving experience. General questions were asked. The manager seemed pretty cool and laid back and had a passion for pancakes and her pancake partner affiliates. She absolutely adored pancakes. She told me that her first date with the man she decided to marry was at an IHOP. He proposed to her at an IHOP too.

Amazing people were friendly offered water laughed and asked a couple simple questions and offered the position they normally start as host the staff were also very friendly and inviting

Lol it was barely an interview but I need to type more words so I guess it was fine giraffe flute you and me and my friend mcgee I was in college so it was a job the manager was fine
Extremely simple. Asked me my 3 strengths and weaknesses and a couple other basic interview Qs & hired me on the spot. They are desperate will hire anyone who breathes.
