Very quick and pretty informal. It depends on the manager that you interview with but you will meet one on one and fill out some employer forms. It is good to show that you are personable and can entertain and pay attention as a server. If hired, you need to start memorizing the IHOP menu and pass a test for that.

Lol it was barely an interview but I need to type more words so I guess it was fine giraffe flute you and me and my friend mcgee I was in college so it was a job the manager was fine
Extremely simple. Asked me my 3 strengths and weaknesses and a couple other basic interview Qs & hired me on the spot. They are desperate will hire anyone who breathes.
