We talked for almost thirty minutes asking about my experience, goals, if I had any children, if I was flexible to work, at the time i was in college so he helped work around my scheduleetc..

Do you have any experience in the restaurant business????
Easy, no stress, met with manager during slow period. Talked about what I was interested in, role, expectations, etc. Also talked about typical day, flow of kitchen/galley, and how team works together. Discussed slow and peak times.

It was a very easy process and the team member was very kind and I found the interview to be smooth and a very great experience. This was one of the most enjoyable interview process I have ever experienced compared to many other places I've been to.
