Interview process was pretty standard. First you complete a pymetrics test, which is basically just a bunch of games you play to measure how you think. After that it was four rounds, first with a recruiter, then a one on one call with a director, and then two panels of three/four directors on a video call.

I applied through LinkedIN for their Gurgaon location, and I was called by their recruiter around after a month of this application. She informed about my resume shortlisting, and further interview rounds. After a month of this communication, the interview was set through virtual interface. The interview went smooth, and easy with lot of questions on the usage of Office, Excel, and communication skills. I was told that I will be notified either ways. But nothing was ever replied back after that, i tried following up but no replies there as well. Ghosting at its peak.
