The recruitment process for the role consisted of two steps. Within a week from sending my application, I received a task related to project management to be completed in excel. Following completing the task well, I received an invitation for an online panel interview. The panel consisted of HR representative and three Grant Management department employees (a senior specialist plus two individuals who would be my peer colleagues). Each person had their round to ask me a couple of questions. It was actually the first time during my career I was interviewed by would-be peer colleagues!
