The process was quick and easy. I went to their job fair and was asked 6 questions that were just to see how you hold yourself. Presentation is key. IKEA wants to know if you have the interpersonal qualities; not just a bunch of degrees.

You sit with a manager and they ask you questions about your past job experiences and other questions and then ask you take drug test if you pass. There is also a phone interview before the interview to determine if you go in for the job interview.
