2 interviews - HR and Technical (3 person panel)
HR was straightforward and was basically checking your experience against the job reqs. Panel interview was highly technical, checking knowledge about OOP, Java 8+, Functional Programming, Spring, JPA/Hibernate. Also included a coding question without IDE but also pair programming. We extended beyond the allotted time so my assessment for live coding was affected. I think a mistake I made was saying that I had minimal hands on experience with containerization so I was assessed as a Junior for hiring which was not what they were looking for.
