The interview process was well-structured and professional. Interviewers were knowledgeable and focused on both technical understanding and analytical thinking rather than purely memorization-based questions. The discussions were relevant to my engineering background and gave good insight into the patent examination role. Communication throughout the process was generally clear, although the overall timeline could be slightly lengthy due to multiple review stages.

Consist of two round of interview, first round with line manager, and second round with a chair of upper management. First round is mainly revolve around your background and some technical question might be asked. Second round is more towards behavarial and personality questions.
