The interview process started with a referral from an employee I had a previous family connection with. The first contact I had was with Alexis Henne for an informational interview. Right off the bat I could tell how seriously passionate Alexis was about her job and this company. I was later contacted by Jeff Holt for an official interview. Jeff was extremely welcoming and it was easy to tell that he also had a strong passion for Image Source. After another Interview with Tricia Thompson, it was easy to tell that Image Source was a company comprised of passionate, caring individuals that have created a welcoming work place. Even though my interview process was done remotely, everyone I met with seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and what my goals and desires are. The farther along the process I got, the more interested in the position I became.

Extremely easy, did not answer that many questions. They mainly were looking for someone with customer service and order entry than actual design experience. The interview description made it seem more of a creative position but unfortunately it’s not. They were very fast to disregard my questions about benefits and actual questions related to the role and only focused on in-person fit for the role. This role also offered no flexibility in WFH for 6 months.
