Entrevista
An online video interview will first be conducted, basically you will enter their portal and video yourself responding to a few questions. Afterwhich,
you will undergo a few psychological tests also conducted online. The final round would be an in-person interview conducted by a panel of 3 people.

The first question was to introduce myself with things that are not present in the CV. Other questions followed up from there but one thing that I was surprised was the lack of question on leadership abilities given that the role was to lead a team of officers.

The 3-to-1 panel interview went better than I expected. It was quite a chill and comfortable session, and the interviewers were very friendly, which helped me feel more at ease throughout the conversation.

Tough interview. Want to get to the core of who you are as a person, to know that your values align with theirs. Be prepared and be resilient. However, once they know that you're alright, they will want to know more about your experiences. Share and relate to the job scope.
