Entrevista
It was about 20 minutes and they asked me basic questions of responsibility and how do I deal with customer service. It was a fairly easy interview. They ask you to come in during their non-rush hour but it's always busy so you see how much you would work. We just sat outside in the patio area to do the interview.

What would you do if a customer started yelling at you?
They sit you down and talk about you and see if you would be a good person to fit the role. They are looking for a very outgoing individual so make sure that if you are being interviewed that you like people and get ready to be on your feet!

It was at the in n out I applied to and it was quick and simple. Be prepared to answer many general customer service related questions. They usually like an open availability.

The interview was rather informal. There was no contact prior to meeting, I simply brought my resume and 20 minutes later was in the interview. The questions were half business related and half personal life questions as if they wanted me to fit into their entire atmosphere.
