Quick, 15 min maybe. They didn’t know I was coming and said they wanted me to come back for a 2nd interview w/ store manager. Didn’t hear anything for a month and then got sent hiring paperwork randomly. Still have no idea who hired me lol
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
