Direct interview with the founders and leadership. I had 3 rounds and all of it evaluated my comfort with ambiguity, and tested my aptitude. In all 3 interviews, I was asked to walk through my resume and highlight any relevant experiences. A strong referral from the investor would help for any COS role.
