First an aptitude test then followed by 2 set of interviews. It was campus placement. Based on resume and basic aspects in the industry. Not too difficult but the people they recruit is very low.

I felt disheartened after clearing all the stages, only to be rejected in the HR round because previous candidates who joined had a Graduate Engineer Trainee position after one year of experience. They revealed their true colors by questioning my qualifications and making disparaging remarks. The HR representative behaved rudely, saying things like "don't create sentences with me" and "I've seen candidates like you." This raises questions about the work ethics at Adani Gas. One thing I can say is that not all candidates are the same, and one should not judge a candidate solely based on their previous experience or interview discussions. Thank you for the opportunity.
