I submitted my resume and cover letter for the position and then was contacted after a few days about setting up an interview. The interview was pretty straightforward, it was only myself and the interviewer in the room. The interviewer read off a sheet of questions and wrote down my answers as we went along. Then a few days after that I was sent an email with an official offer for the position.

The process took almost two months from the time I applied to my first day on the job 2 weeks after accepting the offer. The communication was poor and the time between contact was long. I had a phone interview first and then a face-to-face with upwards of 12 different people (six at a time)
