First round was a video interview where I was timed on my answers. After thay I was notified they wanted to interview me in person. They flew me to one of their main interviewing locations where I spent the night and spent the entire next day interviewing. All they did was tell me how impressive my credentials were and how well I interviewed. I had to present their company in a presentation and meet with several panels of people. After the interview they told me they would let me know if I got the job or not in a couple of days... I never heard back from them. I followed up with no response.
By far worst interview I have ever gone through as I went through all of that only to get no feedback.

Group interview. We had to pick out our favourite book and then pick out a book for someone else that was being interviewed. We also had to role play offering the Indigo Plum Rewards to customers.
Interview was laid back, met several people with the company. Some you could tell wanted to be there, some did not. Being an Ag company, there were several within the interview process that were employees of Indigo that had no knowledge of anything Agricultural
