I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a Zoom interview. The interview consisted of fairly generic questions about yourself & your knowledge on the company. At the end the recruiter specifically told me she would reach out the following business day to let me know if I was moving forward. Unfortunately, that deadline passed and I was ghosted. I didn't receive any communication until three weeks later, when a standard, generic rejection email was sent. It’s very unprofessional to give a candidate a specific turnaround time and then go silent for nearly a month. It shows a lack of respect for the candidate's time and a lack of internal organization.

Interviewed by the EA to the COO who was very friendly. Simple questions, focused on budgeting experience but didn't ask anything deep to discern my experience is much deeper than her questions.
