There were two interviews: first, a 30-minute online session to get to know the student, role, and team; second, an on-site meeting with the team discussing my CV and experience

Tell me about yourself and past experiences and the tools you've used
Two rounds, both technical. One with a manager, one with a 'mentor' engineer. Not terribly difficult questions, mostly ask about the details of your projects and go deeper. Very impersonal, didn't see their faces and they didn't introduce themselves.
