The interview process was very thorough as they are looking for people who understand the influencer marketing space. I had 4 interviews and one screening call. Everyone was super nice and great to speak with. Come prepared with experience and examples!

Can you describe a time when a campaign didn’t go as planned? How did you handle it, and what did you learn?

The interview process was quick and everyone was very informative about the role and new changes happening at the company. I spoke with the recruiter and one Creator lead, both shared the role expectations and what growth looks like long term.

Entrevista
The process was very smooth and enjoyable, and I was able to learn a lot about the position and other open positions. The questions were straight forward and very relative to the position. I was told next steps/their timeline, but never heard back after my interview. I followed up via email, thanking them and asking for updates, but did not receive an email declining me for the position, which was extremely disappointing.

They asked if I was familiar with specific brands and retailers, and if I had experience working with those brands/retailers at previously employers.
