The interview process was smooth and well-structured. I had an initial discussion with the hiring manager followed by a session with the department head. Both interviews were conversational, focusing on role expectations from both sides. The overall experience was professional, clear, and positive.

Uncivilized and unprofessional. Applications were ignored; multiple attempts to get feedback from hiring managers and recruiters were repeatedly ignored. Seems that they have a narcissistic, controlling and clicky culture. Boys not men!
