The interview process began with a phone call from the recruiter who explained the role and scheduled an online interview. The communication during the initial stage was straightforward, and the interview was arranged shortly after the discussion. However, at the scheduled interview time, none of the interviewers joined the call. I waited for the session, but the interview did not take place. I reached out to the recruiter regarding the situation. The recruiter, who was based in India, responded after about two days and mentioned that the interview would be rescheduled. Unfortunately, the interview was never rescheduled, and there was no further communication afterward. A more coordinated scheduling process and timely follow-up would help improve the candidate experience and reflect a more professional approach to the hiring process.

It was very well done, 3 rounds. Each round was scheduled timely, and offer letter was sent in due time. The process was smooth and efficient. The interviewers gave importance to what the candidate also had offer and answered questions.
