Quick Turnaround from application to interview. Interviewed in front of panel of HR and heads of department. The interview started with me having to deliver a presentation of my previous work and then a mixture of technical and behaviour based questions ensued. After the interview, there was a lab tour and then a coffee and chat with some of the employees.

Had an interview, went really well, was invited to view facility and then had an offer of employment. Unrealistic start date, no contract, said I wouldn't hand notice into current job until I had a contract. They then said they couldn't contact any of my references although I had provided 4 and when I checked only one had been contacted. Then a mysterious e-mail came thanking me for my application but sorry I had been unsuccessful. Absolute joke of a company. Always wary now and always wait for a contract. Good thing I did that time too.

Entrevista
2 Part interview, first is a one to one HR interview and the second is a laboratory tour aimed at assessing team work skills. At the end of the HR interview a small test was given to assess molar and concentration calculation skills.
