Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 6 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Insight Global (Phoenix, AZ) em nov. de 2017
Entrevista
I had submitted my resume online and was contacted by a recruiter located out of LA. It was a easy phone interview and she invited me to interview at their Phoenix location. When I arrived to the in person interview, it seemed as if they weren’t aware that they had an interview that day. I waited to meet with someone and they held a quick 20 min interview. I was prepared and personable, but felt brushed off as if the interview was just for show and that they weren’t interested in hiring. I emailed a thank you note after the interview and never heard back.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Insight Global (Pittsburgh, PA).
Entrevista
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
