Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Insight Global (Detroit, MI) em set. de 2018
Entrevista
I was reached out by a Talent Acquisition Manager who viewed my LinkedIn profile. After a few phone screenings, I went in for an in-person interview. Other reviews and my recruiter prepared me for the interview being informal but I still was surprised. I found it unprofessional how employees would inform me that they were unprepared to interview me. I met with four people total and none really seemed like they had the time to meet with me. Another reviewer mentioned that it was like Greek life and I would definitely agree with that statement. Also, I sorta assumed that they would show me the office since a selling point on the phone was how their office had no cubicles.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.

The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
