I interviewed informally with a former colleague, who then referred me to the formal interview process. The one interview I participated in was a standard interview, and the overall experience was positive. However, during the interview, it became clear that this position was not what I was hoping it would be, and as a result, I indicated I was no longer interested in the position subsequent to the interview. Great company, and if the right position came up, I would consider restarting the process.

It is very formulaic. Not very conversational. Managers pretty much have a good idea of who they want to hire so interviewing can be seen as a waste of time. Lots of situational questions are asked. Be sure to have extensive employee relations experience or they will just go through the motions with you and won't consider you at all.
