Communication throughout was almost nonexistent: ghosting and waiting 2-3 weeks for simple updates, making follow-ups feel frustrating. But that's on the HR side of things. The interviews themselves were hit or miss. They weren't necessarily tough with the questions, but some interviewers just seemed generic and forced, making it like an interrogation. Overall, the lengthy timeline and communication issues were surprising and highlighted a lack of consideration for how candidates are treated during the process.

Contacted by recruiter via email. Was able to set up a 30-45 min phone screen with recruiter the same week. Went smooth. Was told will set up skype call with recruiting manager. No response after follow-up email. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
