The first interview was with an HR recruiter, however the meeting started 10 minutes late (first red flag). The second interview was supposed to be with the Hiring manager but he didn't show up (second red flag) I had to reach out to the recruiting team to understand what happened, it turns out the hiring manager had a meeting conflict, but no one was kind enough to notify me. Then after a couple of weeks, I met with the hiring manager, but the interview was a disaster since the questions were about a different role from the one I applied for (third red flag). Of course, I wasn't expecting any feedback, but if you were wondering they ghosted me. I have had many interviews, but this one was the worst experience ever.

The process is very slow, you need to follow up with the recruiter every step.
The interviews are very conversational, all the questions are based on the situation types question. Each interviewer will ask 3 to 4 questions.

First they call me and asked me the standard questions. They created a second interview and then they didn´t appear in the interview, after that I didn´t received any other message. That is so impolite.
