Entrevista
I posted my general resume in their career website almost a year ago. I got an email asking for a time to set up a phone interview for Process Engineer position. I did not apply for this position specifically. However, I agreed to a phone interview and it was done the same day itself.
Phone Interview: Lasted approximately 45 minutes. Described the position as I was not familiar with the job description. Asked several questions relevant to my resume like working principles of SEM, TEM, XRD. Asked behavioral questions about my team play and how i interacted with my team members. He said he has to send the recommendation to the group and if they concur, the resume will be forwarded to the hiring manager. I got an email to set up On Site interview within 4 days.
On Site Interview: Started at 7:45 am and ended ~5:00 pm. Consisted of an hour long seminar about my past research and a total of 10 1:1s. This is excluding the lunch interview with three engineers. So actually a total of 13 people interviewed me. They took me to a fab tour before my talk. Variety of questions - ranging from just the job description and small talk to rapid fire sessions. It was a mixture of behavioral and technical. Hiring manager said i would be contacted with the decision within 2 weeks. Yet to hear back from them!!

I designed a tool during my research, and was asked to draw a detailed circuit diagram explaining each parts. Asked fundamental questions - internal energy, entropy, Gibbs free energy. If I could go back in time, would I change anything about my career path.
Case: Design an efficient battery for a smart phone and explain its advantages over the existing technology.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
