Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) em mar. de 2013
Entrevista
I applied for the position through contact of my school. Then I had 30 min interview with the recruiter where he asked questions about my graduate work. He also asked about how the instruments I used research worked (principles and some questions to probe it). Then a week after I was called for onsite interview. The interview was a day long with 8 different people over there. It was a mix of technical and behavioral. They also asked some college level stat (normal distribution) and also questions about work that was mentioned in my resume. I also presented my graduate work over there.

I had to explain my graduate work in 10 min to a guy from a different area. So I would suggest people to prepare something to explain your work in less than 10 min.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
