Initial phone screen with very pleasant and informative HR representative. Scheduled for on-site interview with two Practice Directors. Extremely unprofessional and amateur interview style (e.g. checking emails, sending IMs to each other, asking same questions repeatedly, etc.). Were unprepared and clearly had little experience in a leadership role.
Declined to move further in the process because of Practice Directors' unprofessionalism.

It was okay, but not too difficult. Asked questions about company and work culture and they answered. Shared values and salary range with me. Discussed next steps and what to expect in the process. The HR reached out first for a phone call interview.

Entrevista
First interview was with Talent Acquisition and was conducted with professionalism and kindness. The second interview was a video interview where I got to meet the team lead and two members I would be working with and they got to ask me questions about my experience and how I would handle specific situations. Again, the team made me feel welcome and very comfortable. The third and final interview is with the department Director is still pending.
