Most of the interview process was different members of the team essentially pitching the company to me, very few questions were asked about my experience. Regardless, I had good conversations with each team member and was excited about the opportunity. After completing the final round interview with the COO - I was told I would hear of a decision within the next 2 weeks. This timeline was pushed back multiple times until eventually I stopped hearing from the recruiter I originally spoke with altogether. It felt very unprofessional, especially after 4 rounds of interviews and being told I would hear back regarding the position by X date.
