3 interviews with panel of interviewers. Some of the panel members were the same as previous interviews. Met with the President and they did reference checks. Process was unnecessarily too long. You get the impression that they are not taking the process very seriously . After a lengthy waiting period , was told that I didn’t get the job. However the HR offered me to consider another position in the company. I agreed, however never heard from them again. No apology. Nothing . Doesn’t look like they attached any importance to the position they were hiring for. Or rather, had no actual recruitment process in place. It’s a shame because the interview process went well with great learning insights. Very disappointing in the end.
