Intersoft System & Programming ltd was recruiting a Junior Test Analyst Position which starts with the invitation sent by the Head of HR which include the 1st stage Telephone Interview with Senior Test Lead and Service Support. just after 2days later i received a email from HR about my second interview which made me excited. Second interview was conducted by Senior test lead, Head of testing and HR which last for an hour. The second interview also went good. I was being told that the decision will be made and they will inform to me soon. It was so quick response i was not expecting that. I received an offer just next day of the my interview. To me it was very smooth transition. And right now i am enjoying my job and trying to give my best.

I had two stages of Interview. The first one was the screening round of our skills and In the second stage I have gone through Technical and two HR Questions. I have taken the interview with the key players of the Organization who are really nice and appreciative.
