I was contacted by a recruiter within few weeks of application submission. The recruiter called me on phone for screening/interview and we talked about few minutes over my resume and current situation. Within few days I was able to talk with Hiring Manager for 20 mins and end of that they suggested to talk with one more team member before they call for on-site. The team member did not show of at first schedule time and took co-ordination in his hand for rest of process. Again next time the interviewer was late by more then 5 mins, inattentive, not seem interested in conversation and rush though the entire process. After more then week I was finally able to follow up with recruiter and came to know that they are going to hire some one from inside. I felt that team was not in any intention of hiring any outside at first place and the coordination with candidate was way below expectation for this BIG Company.
