Straight forward, interview with recruiter then video call with manager. I actually interviewed two separate times for two separate roles. Never got a single follow up email, reached out 4 times after each interview process and never even got a corteous rejection email. I know this isn't an isolated case because it happened both times. Very unprofessional experience and recruiter.
