Entrevista
Upon entering the designated restaurant, you will need to fill up an application form and be interviewed by the manager subsequently. After the interview, they will give you a tour around the place while asking you if you have any questions for them. After getting offered, you will be tasked to go to their HQ for an educational talk about the company and its history

Entrevista
Moderate interview. Asked about my previous experiences as a server and my availability is flexible or not. I was called in for an inperson interview and got the job right there
Interview with both general manager, assistant manager, and the back of the house lead before they opened. It was a 30 minutes interview, they took turns asking me different questions about my last restaurant job.
