The interview questions were pretty standard throughout the process until the DIRECTOR asked me this in my second interview. The overall tone of the interview was slightly pompous but when I was asked this I was caught off guard. I held my composure and answered that it is similar to a lead position. It was very unprofessional. They ended up choosing someone with more experience and I chose a job in Denver. Even if they had offered me the position I’m not sure I would have taken it. The company in general, especially in Northern Colorado, has the reputation of being overly confident and I didn’t believe it until now.
